• Client and invoice information entered by authorized users

If you are a visitor to our public website and submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, message, and any phone number you choose to provide. This information is delivered to us by email so that we can respond to your inquiry. You do not need an account to browse the public site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the Platform's services
• Manage team operations, scheduling, and communications
• Generate invoices, track expenses, and produce financial reports

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls provided by our infrastructure partners. We implement row-level security policies to ensure users can only access data they are authorized to view. Data is stored and processed on servers located in the United States. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Financial records (invoices, expenses) are retained in accordance with applicable tax and business record retention requirements. Contact form submissions are retained in our email records for as long as needed to respond to and document the inquiry. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us, and we will respond within 30 days; we may retain information where we are required to do so by law.

6. Cookies and Analytics

The Platform uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate site traffic and performance. These tools are privacy-oriented and do not use cookies to track individuals across sites. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not run advertising networks on the Platform.

The Platform is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it.
